Milestone summary:

* Case 002/02 (Khieu Samphan): The Supreme Court Chamber will deliver the appeal judgment in case 002/02 by the fourth quarter of 2022.

* Cases 003 (Meas Muth) and 004 (Yim Tith): The Supreme Court Chamber confirmed that in the absence of definitive and enforceable indictments, case 003 against Meas Muth and case 004 against Yim Tith are terminated before the Extraordinary Chambers.
