Co-Prosecutors appeal the Closing Order indicting Kaing Guek Eav alias Duch for crimes committed in S-21 (see Statement)

Co-Prosecutors public information pursuant to Rule 54 regarding their Final Submission in the Kaing Guek Eav alias Duch case.

Co-Investigating Judges deliver Closing Order Indicting Duch for Crimes against Humanity and grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949  (war crimes) as regards his role in S-21 (see Press Release, Closing Order)

Defence Support Section (DSS) of the ECCC assigns Dr Sa Sovan as the new Cambodian Co-Lawyer for Khieu Samphan, replacing Dr Say Bory who was forced to resign from the case due to ill health (see Press Release).

It will also outline the role of victims and their lawyers at the ECCC.The course will be taught by a faculty of visiting experts, experienced in international criminal law.Interested lawyers should apply to the BAKC as soon as possible, using the attached application form.
