Judge THOU Mony (Reserve)

THOU Mony (Cambodia) has been a Judge on Cambodia’s Court of Appeals since 1996. From 1994 to 1996, he served with the Ministry of Justice.

Judge THOU Mony obtained a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Leipzig in Germany and followed additional training in international and human rights law (organized by UNDP a.o.).

In addition to Khmer, he speaks German.
