<p><strong>Rule 55. General Provisions Concerning Investigations</strong></p><p><em>(Amended on 6 March 2009</em>)</p><p></p><p>5. In the conduct of judicial investigations, the Co-Investigating Judges may take any investigative action conducive to ascertaining the truth. In all cases, they shall conduct their investigation impartially, whether the evidence is inculpatory or exculpatory. To that end, the Co-InvestigatingJudges may:</p><p>a) Summon and question Suspects and Charged Persons, interview Victims andwitnesses and record their statements, seise exhibits, seek expert opinions and conducton-site investigations;&nbsp;</p>
