The Spirit House was inaugurated on 12 May 2006. It contains a sculpture of the guardian spirit Lokta Dambang Dek (the Lord of the Iron Staff). All Buddhist witnesses takes an oath about speaking truthfully at the spirit house before testifying in the courtroom.
