The Supreme Court Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) has today published the full reasons in Khmer and English of the Appeal Judgement in Case 001 against Kaing Guek Eav alias Duch. A summary of the Appeal Judgement as well as the disposition were read out by the President of the Supreme Court Chamber in a hearing on 3 February 2012.
