The October issue of the Court Report features an article on preparations of media outreach for the Closing Statements for Case 002 as well as an article on the end of the strike by national ECCC staff. This issue also discusses the resignation of International Co-Prosecutor Andrew Cayley and subsequent nomination of reserve International Co-Prosecutor Nicholas Koumjian to the post. Lastly, the Court Report contains reports on latest judicial developments as well as various outreach activities including the airing of the weekly ECCC radio show on the Khmer Rouge tribunal and a Women’s Hearing on Khmer Rouge survivors for college students.
