Further to their decision dated 3 March 2009 relating to the publication of an increased number of documents from the judicial investigation, by virtue of Rule 56(2) of the ECCC Internal Rules, the Co-Investigating Judges have decided to make public a Defence request to seek exculpatory evidence in the electronic archive of Democratic Kampuchea related documents commonly known as the "Shared Materials Drive", which has been made available to all the parties by the ECCC, as well as the Order by the Co-Investigating Judges clarifying their investigatory obligations and rejecting the request.
