The Pre-Trial Chamber will issue this week its decision on the International Co-Prosecutor’s Appeal against the Closing Order dismissing the charges in case 004/1.
In their Closing Order issued on 22 February 2017 and their reasoning dated 10 July 2017, the Co-Investigating Judges considered that the ECCC have no personal jurisdiction over IM Chaem and dismissed the criminal allegations against her.
The Pre-Trial Chamber’s public decision will be available on the website www.eccc.gov.kh.
