The Court Report October 2009

The October 2009 issue of the Court Report features a new initiative by the Public Affairs Section that will deliver briefings on the work of the Khmer Rouge tribunal to university and high school students around Cambodia. A sensitization campaign was also launched on 27 October, when four staff members toured Phnom Penh's largest market, Phsar Thmei, in an attempt to make the Court more visible to ordinary people and to reach out to potential complainants and civil party applicants before the deadline for applications in Case 002.
