300 training teachers from National Institute of Education (NIE) in Phnom Penh visited The Extraordinary Chambers in the Court of Cambodia (ECCC) on 11 June 2019. The purpose of the visits is for understanding about ECCC legal processing as well as studying more on history of Democratic Kampuchea regime. The group also visited Legal Document Center of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia and S-21 Museum.
I sat under the pagoda, moved by the monks’ chanting, which was accompanied by a chorus of over forty attendees.
