The Court Report June 2010

The June 2010 issue of the Court Report features information on several visiting delegations to the ECCC and notes that judicial investigations have begun for crime sites in Cases 003 and 004. A senior official of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited the ECCC on 9 June 2010 to exchange views on the Tribunal's operations, while an Australian military delegation heard from a number of judges about the functioning of the ECCC. It was also reported that the German government pledged a further 400,000 euros to the Victims Support Section.
