<b>Rule 107. Time Limits for Appeal</b>&nbsp;<div><i>(Amended on 6 March 2009)</i>&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>4. Notice of appeal against a judgment of the Trial Chamber, as provided in Rule 105(3), shall be filed within 30 (thirty) days of the date of pronouncement of the judgment or its notification, as appropriate. The appeal brief shall be filed within 60 (sixty) days of the date of filing the notice of appeal. Where a party appeals, other parties have an additional 15 (fifteen) days to file their notice of appeal. The additional time begins from the expiration of the initial time limit for filing the notice of appeal.</div>
