<div><b>Rule 104. Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court Chamber</b></div><div><i>(Amended on 5 September 2008, 6 March 2009 and 9 February 2010)</i></div><div> </div><div>4.The following decisions of the Trial Chamber are subject to immediate appeal:</div><div>a)<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>decisions which have the effect of terminating the proceedings; </div><div>b)<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>decisions on detention and bail under Rule 82; </div><div>c)<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>decisions on protective measures under Rule 29(4)(c); and </div><div>d)<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>decisions on interference with the administration of justice under Rule 35(6).</div><div><br></div><div>Other decisions may be appealed only at the same time as an appeal against the judgment on the merits.</div><div><br></div><div>Unless otherwise provided in the IRs or decided by the Trial Chamber, an immediate appeal does not stay the proceedings before the Trial Chamber.</div>
