The Court Report May 2009

The May 2009 issue of the Court Report features information on weekly video updates on the substantive hearings for Case 001. The videos are being produced by the Asian International Justice Initiative and Khmer Mekong Films; they include trial footage, expert commentary and vox-pop commentaries. Attendance at the trials has also peaked at, on average, 296 people per day over the first four weeks of proceedings. Finally, the report provides further information on the Tribunal's Translation and Interpretation Pool, which helps to coordinate work between the three official languages of the Court--Khmer, English and French.
